This blog is about my life: Past. Present. And Dreams. Its not a pretty blog. I don’t do crafts (very often). I share the good the bad and the ugly – whether you want to read it or not. I keep this blog for my children, my husband, and myself. I am the recorder of my own life not theirs – though our lives are quite symbiotic. I tend to not write as openly if I feel pressure to do it for anyone. So, I’m not writing to please anyone, but if you like this blog feel free to let me know – its nice to know I’m sharing this space with people who care.
Other stuff about me: I’m cynical. I complain about mothering, my children, and pretty much everything else that’s challenging. I’m also very thoughtful and mindful in the day to day act of living. I acknowledge the beauty in simple things. I love my family with all that I am. I’m learning to love myself with the same unconditional love I have for my children and husband. I’m not poetic. Or sweet. I tend to let it hang out pretty openly and with a little rawness. I am a pretty tough lady with just enough vulnerability to keep it real. And I’m quite imperfect without the fear of writing about it.

I surf too many blogs trying to find someone I feel that I have the most in common with and someone with whom I can relate. I LOVE your blog. I haven’t read much but the last few posts and I can sympathize with a cranky (mouthy) 4 year old boy! Mine too. Well, I just wanted to thank you for your posts, now I don’t feel so alone.
